Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

You will be responsible for technical support and training for EMEA distributors.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Developing and executing Service/Customer Support strategies
  • Scheduling/Conducting Service Training at Distributor's site or at Amstelveen office
  • Responding to calls, e-mails, web site for technical issues
  • Maintaining training equipments
  • Traveling to various locations (EU, Eastern Europe, Russia) to provide technical support
  • Updating technical information/materials and providing Distributors
  • Communication with Head Quarters, factory (English)
  • Responding to Distributors' inquiry for spare parts (code, price, delivery etc)
  • Handling Recall cases
  • Updating technical failure record - MTBF etc. to feed back
  • Requirements

  • With a bachelor degree
  • fluent in English, advantage if fluent in other European languages
  • an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • have 3 + years in technical servicing of medical / diagnostics products
  • have very good organizing and planning skills
