Scientific Support Specialist

Job Description:

You will be responsible for scientific support and training for EMEA distributors.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Developing and executing Scientific/Customer Support strategies
  • Scheduling/Conducting Scientific/Product Training at Distributor's site or at Amstelveen office
  • Responding to calls, e-mails, web site for scientific issues
  • Maintaining training equipments
  • Traveling to various locations (EMEA region) to provide scientific support
  • Updating scientific information/materials and providing Distributors
  • Communication with Head Quarters, factory (English)
  • Handling Recall cases
  • Updating scientific issue record - Complaint Handling procedure
  • Requirements

  • With a bachelor degree
  • fluent in English, advantage if fluent in other European languages
  • an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • very good organizing and planning skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • A few years of experience in customer support, preferably in the medical field
